US Team Members

  • Rev. Timothy C. Geoffrion, Ph.D., DD.

    President and Teaching Minister

    Tim is an ordained minister of the American Baptist Churches with a Ph.D. in New Testament Studies from the Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago. He also holds an (honorary) Doctor of Divinity degree from Myanmar Institute of Theology (MIT). He has served as a church pastor, a seminary professor, and the executive director of a nonprofit organization. Currently, as co-founder and president of Faith, Hope, and Love Global Ministries, he focuses on Christian leadership development globally. Read more.

  • The Rev. Jill K.H. Geoffrion, Ph.D., D.D.

    Jill Geoffrion co-founded Faith, Hope, and Love Global Ministries with her husband, Tim, in 2008. Over the years, Jill has served FHL in a variety of ways,  photographing, teaching, and leading prayer and spiritual retreats. She now volunteers as she is able, while continuing her own ministries as a published author of eight books, photographer, and spiritual guide in the Chartres Cathedral in Chartres, France.

  • Mrs. Claire Kellner

    Claire Kellner is Operations Senior Coordinator at WiseBranch Coaching & Consulting. She has been the administrative assistant to Faith, Hope, and Love for the past 8 years and is now volunteering. She is currently serving on the leadership and missions team at Moms Morning in Edina and has been leading her small group for the past 8 years. She lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota, with her husband, TJ, and their two sons. 

  • Mrs. Corrina Conley

    Board Member, Secretary

    Claire is a former teacher who now loves being. At Christ Presbyterian church, she serves as a community group leader and leads a small group at Mom’s Morning. Her passion for Christ shows through her care for others and her many leadership roles. Her husband, TJ, their two sons, Rory & Peyton, and she live in Minnetonka, Minnesota. 

Southeast Asia Team Members

Saw Newton is Karen (also known as Kayin, one of the eight major ethnic groups in Myanmar). He is a 2019 Master of Divinity graduate of Myanmar Institute of Theology, where Tim teaches. He is now working as the Administrative and Program Assistant for Faith, Hope, and Love Global Ministries, Yangon Office. In addition to administrative duties, he accompanies Tim when FHLGM conducts Christian Leadership Development workshops around Myanmar and elsewhere in Southeast Asia. His other major responsibility is to translate some of Tim’s books and materials into Burmese and Sagaw Karen.

Mr. Saw Newton

Eastern Congo Team Members

The Rev. Bolingo Kambere served as the Head Chaplain and Coordinator of the Nehemiah (community-based, development, and discipleship) Program at HEAL Africa, Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, for 10 years, before earning a PhD program in Biblical Studies at the University of South Africa. He expects to graduate this year (2023). He has now returned to his chaplaincy role at HEAL Africa, serves as one of the pastors in his Baptist Church in Gomaville, and works part-time for Faith, Hope, and Love Global Ministries. His responsibilities at FHLGM include overseeing the publication and distribution of Tim’s books in French, coordinating and supervising the FHLGM team of volunteers in the Congo, and organizing webinars for Tim’s teaching.

Pastor Jacques Paluku Kwamiremundu, Chargé de la logistique

Pastor Jacques has served as a high school teacher of psychology, head master, and chaplain. He holds honors degrees in psychology and theology, and is currently working on an additional degree in Goma, DRC. In his work with Faith, Hope, and Love Global Ministries, he seeks to develop our communication with webinar participants and churches and to further our ability to sell and distribute our books throughout Eastern Congo.


Danny Kalondero is a first-year theological master's student at the Free University of the Great Lakes Countries (ULPGL-Goma). He serves as an evangelist of the Baptist Community in Central Africa (CBCA). In his work for Faith, Hope, and Love Global Ministries, he supports our DRC team and assists in collecting data and sending reports back to the United States.

Danny Kalondero


Lukogho teaches Literature and Didactics at Teachers Training College of Beni, Butembo, Kirumba, and Goma in DRC. He is a volunteer member of the Faith, Hope,  Love, and Global Ministries team in the DRC. He edited Dr Timothy C. Geoffrion’s book in French, What We Can Expect from God Now: Seven Spiritual Truths for Trusting God in Troubled Times (2020).

Rev. Badesire Baleke, FHLGM Bukavu Area Coordinator

Rev. Badesire Baleke, graduated with a theology degree in 2007. He has served as head chaplain at Muku hospital and secondary school, Director of the Youth & Children’s Department at the Baptist Community of Central Africa (CBCA), English pastor at CBCA Gomaville, and Senior pastor at CBCA OSSO KATO. Currently, he is coordinating the evangelism field and pastors’ training in 74 parishes at CBCA Bukavu district. For FHLGM, Rev. Badesire organizes webinars to provide teachings to those across the area as well as helps promote and distribute books in schools and churches.


Gerlance Muhindo Mayele, Translator of Books and Articles (French, Swahili)

Gerlance Muhindo Mayele has been working as Director and Senior teacher for the Christian English Center, CEC, which is a language ministry that has helped thousands of people in acquiring speaking English skills in Goma, Eastern Congo. He has been and still is serving here as a teacher-translator and interpreter in addition to his administrative duties. In addition, he works as an expert consultant logistician in various international non-profit organizations.

Rev. John March

Reverend John March has served overseas in mission work and also worked in the local church as a church planter and lead pastor. He currently works as a spiritual director and as the Executive Director of Restoration Ministries, a spiritual formation ministry for contemplatives. He and his wife live in Eden Prairie with their four kids.

Mr. Tim Clark

Mr. Tim Clark retired as Chief Investment Officer for CarVal to devote his life to serving Christ through Christian-based not-for-profit organizations. He is currently President and CEO of TreeHouse, a Christian-based outreach to at-risk youth. Tim and his wife, Tara, live in Edina, Minnesota.

Mrs. Corrina Conley

Corrina Conely began as a fiduciary accountant. Corrina’s career included departmental and executive leadership roles. In retirement, she started Called Forward Consulting, LLC, providing strategic, organizational, and financial consulting to a variety of small or non-profit organizations.  Corrina has been married to her husband Paul since 1983; they have 3 adult children: Sam, Ben, and Rachel. Corrina also has the profound privilege of being the primary support for her mother.

Mr. Dave Hintermeister

Dave Hintermeister has worked with his wife Lisa in the mortgage business for the last 30+ years. Dave & Lisa live in Richfield, MN and have 2 adult daughters, Hannah & Madalyn. Dave has been involved in his church, his community, and most recently volunteered at Treehouse for 11 years working with at-risk youth.

Mrs. Pamela Strommen

Pamela Strommen has partnered with faith-based organizations as both a contributor and recipient of their missional goals.  Through a gospel-centered lens,  she integrates generative thinking and decision-making tools into strategic planning.  As a Life Coach, Pamela seeks to inspire hope and reflect God’s love to transform lives.  A resident of Excelsior, MN, she cherishes the memory of her late husband, who is home in Heaven.

Board of Advisors

Mr. Gary Tygesson is a retired partner in the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney. He has over 35 years of experience advising publicly-held companies and their Board of Directors on capital markets transactions, corporate governance issues and SEC compliance matters. Gary lives with his wife Jane in Edina, MN and has two adult children.


Dr. Pum Za Mang, Associate Professor of World Christianity at Myanmar Institute of Theology, has published numerous scholarly articles throughout the world, such as in the Asia Journal of Theology, Independent Journal of Burmese Scholarship, International Bulletin of Mission Research, Journal of World Christianity, World Christianity and Interfaith Relations, and many other publications. He is currently a Research Scholar at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota.


Mr. John March is a retired Corporate Vice President of Cargill, Inc., based in Minnetonka, MN, and a past chairman of the National Oilseed Processors Association. John currently resides with his wife, Sallie, in Edina, MN.


Mr. Warren Staley served as CEO of Cargill, Inc., an international marketer, processor, and distributor of agricultural food, financial, and industrial products (1999-2007). Mr. Staley currently serves on the board of directors of PACCAR Inc., and previously served on the boards of directors of U.S. Bancorp (1999-2008) and Target Corporation (2001-2007).


Mr. Mark Thompson is Chief Investment Officer at Riverbridge Partners, based in Minneapolis. Mark served for three years as a Board member of Faith, Hope, and Love Global Ministries Board to help launch the new ministry. He currently resides with his wife, Kim, in Minnetonka, Minnesota.


Rev. Dr. Zau Sam, Ph.D., is pastor of the First Kachin Baptist Church of America, Omaha, Nebraska, and President/Program Director of the Foundations – Ola Hanson Bible Institute, a Certificate Program of the Central Baptist Theological Seminary, Shawnee, Kansas. “Sam” just finished advanced Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) and plans to serve as a bi-vocational pastor, splitting his time between the church and the Chaplain ministry. 


Mr. John Brooks worked in M&A, corporate strategy, and financial operations at General Mills for 15 years. He left the company to join the board of his family’s business, MOM Brands, and launch a consulting business, with a focus on governance and transitions for family businesses. He has served on a number of non-profit boards, frequently in leadership positions. John lives with his wife, Joan, in Wayzata, MN.


Rev. Dr. Jill Kimberly Hartwell Geoffrion co-founded Faith, Hope, and Love Global Ministries in 2008. She has published eight books as well as many scholarly and popular articles on labyrinth prayer and the Chartres Cathedral. As a professional photographer, she seeks to share God’s love through images taken around the world. She ministers alongside Tim whenever possible.
