Partner with us

Help us to better equip and spiritually vitalize leaders serving Christ in strategic positions of influence throughout the world.

Dr. Tim and staff teach two to five full day intensive workshops on Spirit-led leadership, equipping ministers and other leaders with vision, spiritual tools, and other practical teaching based on Dr. Tim's book, The Spirit-Led Leader: Nine Leadership Practices and Soul Principles.
Dr. Tim teaches courses on New Testament Theology, Exegesis of Philippians, Exegesis of Romans, Hebrews and James, and Pastoral Priorities and Practices for Spiritual Formation in the Church.
Dr. Tim, Dr. Jill, and other members of the FHLGM Team meet one on one with students, faculty members, and others to provide spiritual guidance and prayer as possible in conjunction with other ministry programs.
Since 2007, Dr. Tim and Dr. Jill have been writing books and articles, preaching, and creating other writing and video resources, which are available on this website as well as through other channels.
