Democratic Republic
of the Congo (DRC)
Our mission is to teach, inspire, and encourage followers of Christ to serve God more effectively as Spirit-led leaders.
Our ministry hub in Africa is in Goma, DRC. There we collaborate with various Christian institutions and groups, such as HEAL Africa, local Anglican church leaders, the Free University of the Countries of the Great Lakes, and an independent group of Congolese women leaders of Goma. We have also provided leadership coaching and consulting to select pastors and leaders on an ongoing basis.
In Africa,
Faith, Hope, and Love focuses on Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). In Rwanda, we work with Rev. Dr. Laurent Mbanda, Bishop of the Anglican Church in the Shyira Diocese, teaching pastors and archdeacons. Collectively, these individuals are responsible for over 70,000 parishioners.

2026 Goal
To provide unique educational opportunities for Congolese pastors, chaplains, teachers and theological students via webinars related to spiritual growth and leadership in the context of ongoing war, poverty, disease, and suffering; and to teach, inspire, and encourage pastors through giving small humanitarian gifts to select individuals and selling or giving copies of our books, which have been translated into French and Swahili for their own use and in their congregations.
Teach one-week intensive course online for ULGPL (the Christian university in Goma) theological students (TBD).
Finish conducting Spirit-led Leadership monthly training sessions on “Saying Yes to God” for Congolese chaplains in Goma and Bukavu.
Print and sell/distribute a Swahili translation of Que Pouvons Nous Attendre de Dieu Maintenant? (What Can We Expect from God Now?) into Swahili.
Continue program of distributing humanitarian aid to select pastors along with free copies of one of our books in their language (ongoing).
